Country Charmer QAL

I had to do it.  I had to join this QAL even though I am several weeks and many blocks behind. I made my first block today and I so enjoyed this block, and it challenged my skill level.

I think am pleased with the way that it turned out, and can't wait to start my second.  They are like potato chips you can't eat just one.  And yes I am going to go with the Christmas color theme.

There is even a flikr group that you can post your squares you finish.
The pattern has great directions I even felt successful doing this block and it did not take me long to finish it.   Thanks Lynn for a great pattern.

  1. Your block is fantastic! I really like how well your fabrics work together. You will find that after the first block, the rest just fall into place. And I agree about not being able to make only one, especially after seeing all this Country Charmer eye candy today. Thanks so much for linkng up! See you next month!

  3. Hi,
I love the Country Charmer block!~ And it's great that you are using christmas fabric in March! Also I read further down in your blog that you use a featherweight! I love using mine too. I pieced my Scrappy Trip Around the world with it. Love it for piecing but use my other machines for quilting! Thanks for visiting my blog.I am totally new(this week) to blogland so I have ALOT to learn!
