I recently found my stuffed pumpkin that I made. I knew I had made others so I went on a search through my pictures. I like how my pumpkins turned out. This one I made for my middle daughter. I had used some fabric left over from a purse I had made her years before.
This is my pumpkin I made for me a few years ago. I found it and brought it down for a decoration, I was kind of excited to see it again.
I like my awesome little squirrel I found many years ago. I located him with the pumpkin so he came downstairs to celebrate November.
I like this little stitchery I made a few years ago.
It says give thanks every day. I need to find it, it was in the bathroom at one time as a candle mat, not too sure where it disappeared off to. I may have to look for it.
Finally I like my table runner that Dawn of Sew You Quilt 2 encouraged me to make.
Girl turkey.
Boy Turkey
Close up pictures of my turkeys.
I am starting to look forward to holidays again. I like things I have made over the years to put in my home.
I like that the elections are over. While I do not watch TV, nor listen to the radio, just the amount of political campaign literature I would receive everyday was astounding.
I have been crazy busy, with yard work, a bathroom fan vent which was broken and invaded by a bird, and getting things ready for guild and charity sew day. Now head over to LeeAnna's at Not Afraid of Color and check out the other I like Thursday posts.
All beautiful things to like. I like your beautiful soul
ReplyDeleteLooks like a beautiful collection of Fall here, glad the trees finally showed us some color this week! :)
ReplyDeleteCute things you've made. I'm also glad the election is over. I do watch TV and listen to the radio, and get tired of the phone calls, too. TOO MUCH!
ReplyDeleteLove your turkey couple..such a pretty runner...I found two tail feathers for a "supposed to be" turkey from last year--cannot find the others ..still hunting--Maybe they went into hiding as it is November lol hugs Julierose
ReplyDeleteI really like your runner turkeys and those pumpkins. Glad you're able to enjoy holidays again... and November is so pretty. Hello to Bobbin!
ReplyDeleteI love that pumpkin! And amen for elections being done. Whew!
ReplyDeleteThose two stuffed pumpkins are super cute! I didn't put out very many fall decorations this year because most of mine are super halloweeny but I should make some stuffed pumpkins. They could be out all fall....
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sewing projects! I am with you...no more candidate fliers!
ReplyDeleteI made three of the Turkey runners, need to dig mine out . Right now I am using the pumpkin one I made last year
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of cute pumpkin and turkey things there! I love the table runner with Mr and Mrs turkeys on it!
ReplyDeleteI love your pumpkins. I love that you are having fun finding things in the middle of a busy week.
ReplyDeleteI can’t quite get into fall yet. Your fall decor looks so festive.
ReplyDeleteFun pumpkins, I actually have a similar quilted pumpkin my late mother-in-law made me. It's out on the couch right now. One of my very favorite fall decorations. I like all your fall decor, Thanksgiving in just under 2 weeks away now. Hope your weekend is off to a wonderful start!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your pumpkin and your tablerunner! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteGirl turkey. Boy turkey. Which one will be on the table for Thanksgiving dinner? Oops - that probably was not very sensitive … I agree with you - I am so glad the elections are over. I stopped listening to local radio because I was so tired of the ads. Thanks for your recent visit to my blog - I have been pretty busy too and have not had a moment to visit all my "I Like Thursday" friends!
